Regional Aviation Support Specialist

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Sydney Airport team in a part-time capacity as a Customer Service Officer. This role involves providing efficient and effective check-in and boarding services, assisting with the safe and timely receipt and dispatch of aircraft, and conducting passenger marshalling on the tarmac.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional service to customers while managing queues in the terminal and ensuring a seamless passenger experience.
- Working collaboratively as part of a team to achieve common goals and deliver outstanding results.
- Developing and maintaining strong Sabre Departure Control System (DCS) skills through training provided by our organization.
- Delivering dedicated assistance to Rextra Care customers and supporting customers with damaged or lost baggage enquiries.
Key Requirements:
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship building skills.
- Task-driven and focused, with the ability to manage time effectively, prioritise, and multitask.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
Candidate Requirements:
- Strong customer service experience in a fast-paced, high-service environment.
- Ability to obtain an Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC) and Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate.
