Fire and Building Services Compliance Expert

Key Project:
We are partnering with a leading national healthcare provider to appoint an experienced Fire and Building Compliance Project Manager for a critical short-term contract opportunity.
The Key Responsibilities:- Reporting to senior leadership, you'll oversee the delivery of fire compliance services across multiple healthcare sites.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory frameworks including NCC and Australian Standards.
- Lead site-based inspections, identify compliance risks, and implement practical solutions.
- Manage and engage with national service providers and contractors.
- Provide clear reporting and updates to internal teams and executive stakeholders.
This high-impact, fire services-focused role offers the chance to work closely with facility leadership teams and senior contractors on a national compliance initiative in a complex operating environment.
Requirements:- Minimum 10 years of fire compliance and building services project management experience
- Strong technical knowledge of national fire safety standards and systems
- Exposure to healthcare or other high-compliance environments (desirable)
- Highly developed communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to navigate complex regulatory requirements and operational constraints
- Relevant qualifications in engineering, building services, or project management (preferred)
- Available immediately for a 3-6 month period
