• Build, lead, and develop a passionate Fire Protection team aligned with your vision.
• Lead and contribute to multidisciplinary building services projects across various sectors.
• Provide fire protection design expertise, ensuring compliance with technical, commercial, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Deliver high-quality engineering design and documentation that saves time and cost for clients.
• Take the lead on small to medium-sized projects and support larger initiatives.
• Communicate effectively with clients, authorities, and internal teams to ensure project success.
• Build strong client relationships and identify business development opportunities.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the strategic growth of the team. About You
• Bachelor of Engineering (e.g., Mechanical) or equivalent industry experience.
• Minimum 6 years' experience in fire protection engineering within Australian building services.
• Strong knowledge of relevant Standards and Codes (AS / NZS, NCC, etc.).
• Experience with BIM, NavisWorks, and Revit MEP is highly desirable.
• Consulting engineering background preferred; D&C contracting experience also considered.
