The RoleYou will work closely with stakeholders, including government departments, clients, and support agencies, handling tasks such as property inspections, allocations, rental collection, condition reports, lease reviews, and exit procedures.
This role demands sensitivity and empathy when dealing with diverse customer needs and housing crises.
About YouTo succeed, you must be passionate about supporting vulnerable people and have experience in client-focused tenancy management, a solid understanding of residential tenancies, and relevant certifications.
A strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and caring nature are essential. Previous experience working with MS Office programs and holding a current driver's license are highly regarded.
