Support Worker

We are seeking experienced support workers to join our team in Bendigo. As a support worker, you will provide assistance with personal care, mobility, and daily living tasks, as well as emotional support and companionship to clients who require it.

Your role will include:

  • Assisting with personal care, mobility, and daily living tasks
  • Providing emotional support and companionship
  • Encouraging independence and helping clients achieve their goals
  • Maintaining accurate records and communicating with families and healthcare professionals

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Certificate III/IV in Aged Care, Individual Support, or cert IV in Disability
  • Experience in disability or aged care (bonus if you have experience with paraplegic clients)
  • A current Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • Up-to-date vaccinations as per the Australian Immunisation Handbook
  • NDIS Screening Check and Working with Children Check
  • Right to work in Australia
