Job Description

We are currently seeking a suitably experienced Operations Coordinator to join our team at Adelaide Airport on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

The successful candidate will provide a range of day-to-day operational support to a fast-paced security operation, giving exposure to a broad range of people and processes.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Maintaining base rosters and issuing to staff on a weekly basis
  • Applying a strong working knowledge of the Enterprise Agreement (EA) and rostering rules
  • Providing input to monthly KPI reporting and audits
  • Supporting training and operations with administrative requirements
  • Ad hoc operational duties such as procurement and uniforms
