If so, we would love to hear from you As a Load Management Coordinator at Sydney International Airport, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our load management systems, working closely with airlines, ground handlers, and other airport stakeholders.

You will be responsible for coordinating the receipt, processing, and dispatch of cargo and baggage, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional customer service to airline customers and internal stakeholders.

Australian work rights and a valid NSW driver's license are mandatory requirements for this position. We also expect you to have a high level of physical fitness, as the role may require manual handling of heavy loads.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinating the receipt, processing, and dispatch of cargo and baggage;
  • Liaising with airlines, ground handlers, and other airport stakeholders to achieve operational goals;
  • Maintaining accurate records of cargo and baggage movements, including tracking and tracing systems;
  • Providing exceptional customer service to airline customers and internal stakeholders;
  • Working collaboratively with the load control team to achieve shared objectives.
