Job Description

This high-performing position oversees the development and implementation of marketing mix models and multi-touch attribution strategies across various channels.

You will lead cross-functional teams to build, test, and operationalize statistical and machine learning models that drive return on investment.

Achieve seamless integration of data from diverse sources, including media platforms, customer relationship management systems, and internal databases.

Cultivate clear narratives from complex insights to inform senior stakeholders and drive business growth.

Promote strategic collaboration with marketing, analytics, and external partners to stay at the forefront of marketing measurement and AI trends.

  • Develop and execute MMM and MTA strategies across all marketing channels
  • Create advanced statistical/machine learning models for ROI, response, and causality
  • Integrate data from multiple sources, including media platforms, CRM, and internal systems
  • Communicate complex ideas effectively to senior stakeholders
  • Foster collaboration with marketing, analytics, and external vendors
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in marketing measurement and AI
Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • Masters or PhD in Statistics, Data Science, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in statistical/machine learning modeling, preferably in Financial Services or a regulated industry
  • Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and modern data science libraries (e.g., PyMC-Marketing, scikit-learn)
  • Experience working with large, multi-source datasets and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and explain complex ideas
  • Strong grasp of causal inference, time series modelling, and experimental design
