We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an administrative trainee, providing financial and administrative support to our clients in Burnie.

About the role:
- You will be employed by Work & Training for the duration of your training contract and hosted at our client's facility.
- Full-time hours with four weeks' annual leave.
- Competitive National Training Wage applies.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to complete a Certificate III Business BSB30120 over a two-year period. You will work closely with our experienced trainers and mentors to develop your skills and knowledge in financial management, administration, and customer service.
A key aspect of this role is working effectively in a multi-skilled team environment, providing excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing administrative support to the Revenue Management team.
- Handling payments and performing debt follow-up tasks.
- Processing invoices and undertaking data entry.
- Ensuring accurate and timely completion of tasks, adhering to specified legislation, policies, and procedures.
- Communicating effectively with diverse clients, staff, and business organizations via phone and email.
- Cultivating a professional attitude and disposition with energy and enthusiasm required.
