We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic trainees to join our team for a two-year traineeship, where they will obtain their Certificate III Business BSB30120.

This comprehensive program includes:

  • A two-year time frame to complete the traineeship
  • Full-time hours with full entitlements, including four weeks of holidays per year
  • Theory training conducted one-on-one in the workplace with experienced trainers
  • Mentoring and support throughout the traineeship
  • Daily coaching and opportunities for growth from workplace supervisors

As a trainee, you will gain valuable experience in providing support to the Revenue Management team, including receipting payments, debt follow-up tasks, processing invoices, and data entry. You will also develop your communication skills by interacting with clients, staff, and business organisations via phone and email inquiries.

Additionally, you will cultivate a professional attitude and disposition, with the energy and enthusiasm required to succeed in this role. You will establish the ability to apply appropriate judgement, initiative, and discretion when dealing with confidential information.

The salary for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a competitive National Training Wage.
