The Job Description:

  • Support older adults with daily living tasks, including personal care and domestic assistance.
  • Encourage independent living skills and community participation.
  • Liaise with families, caregivers, and other service providers to ensure comprehensive support.

What You'll Need:

  • Understanding of Deaf and hard of hearing culture and community needs.
  • Experience in aged care or community services (CHSP experience desirable).
  • Auslan skills are preferred.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a supportive team.
