Job Overview:

As a Refrigeration Service Professional, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional maintenance services to our clients. Your role will involve conducting thorough site visits, identifying issues, and providing expert technical solutions.

Key aspects of this position include performing preventative and corrective maintenance tasks according to scheduled plans, ensuring accurate documentation and reporting, and monitoring inventory levels to recommend cost-effective solutions.

Collaborative working is essential in this role, as you will work closely with our facilities management team, store staff, and call centre support team to achieve business objectives.

Additionally, your experience in commercial refrigeration service and installation will be valuable in maintaining efficient operations and meeting customer expectations.

Key Requirements:
  • Refrigeration trade qualification
  • Supervisor certificate or contractor's license with relevant endorsements
  • Proven post-apprenticeship experience in the industry, including experience in commercial refrigeration service and installation
  • Ability to work overtime, travel to various sites, and be on-call as required
  • Good computer literacy skills
