About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Specialist at our Victor Harbor branch. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and sales experience to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their financial needs and provide personalized solutions.
  • Sales Focus: Drive sales by referring customers to our home loan and business banking specialists and identify new leads across wealth, insurance, home loans, and small business lending.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to support their current needs and uncover their future financial goals.
