We are currently hiring garden labourers to assist with various tasks related to garden maintenance. This is a hands-on role that requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

  • Operate hand tools and power equipment safely and effectively under the guidance of experienced team members.">
  • Loading and unloading materials, plants, and equipment from trucks and trailers.">
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, tools, and equipment.">
  • Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team members.">

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Previous experience in landscaping, gardening, or a related field.">
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, bend, squat, kneel, and stand for extended periods.">
  • Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and the sun.">
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to completing tasks efficiently and to the highest standards.">
  • Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.">
  • Valid Driver's License.">
  • White Card.">
  • Working with Children Check, or willingness to obtain.">
  • Ongoing safety training programs and resources available.">
