About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Demi Chef to join our team at Lizard Island Resort. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality dishes that showcase your creativity and expertise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and present dishes that meet the highest standards of quality and presentation
  • Maintain a safe and hygienic kitchen environment, adhering to food safety and hazard analysis and critical control points
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional guest dining experiences
Requirements
  • Diploma in Professional Cookery Level 5 or equivalent
  • Food Safety Supervisor certificate is beneficial
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts over a 7-day-a-week roster
