Private Wealth Career Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Private Wealth Associate.

This role offers the chance to expand your knowledge and skills in private wealth services, working closely with clients to offer expert advisory and investment solutions.

The success of this business is measured by highly engaged and satisfied clients, a high-performing team, and an increase in funds under management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Administration - Implement advice and investment recommendations, respond to client enquiries, report, and manage ongoing client relationships ensuring timely service.
  • Stakeholder Management - Work closely with operations and investment teams to support client administration and servicing. Maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including fund administrators.
  • Business Development - Support and manage lead generation and business initiatives. Collaborate on internal projects as required.
  • Process Enhancement - Identify opportunities to streamline processes and meet all compliance and professional development requirements.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years' experience in a similar role or looking for a move into advice (e.g., investment administration, superannuation, wealth management)
  • A keen interest in investments or financial markets
  • A degree in Accounting, Commerce, Finance or similar - desirable
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A high level of professionalism
