Men's Behaviour Change Facilitator

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced professional to support our Family Violence Program.

This role involves co-facilitating evening groups and providing centre-based group sessions to men who use violence in the home.

The focus of this work is increasing safety for women and children by holding men accountable and helping them develop non-violent, respectful, and equitable relationship behaviours.

  • Co-facilitate group sessions aligned with No to Violence (NTV) practice standards
  • Partner with women's and children's services for referral, safety planning, and family support
  • Liaise with justice, legal, and community services to support clients' pathways
About You

You're an empathetic professional with the confidence to lead meaningful group discussions and the insight to challenge harmful behaviours.

You understand the gendered nature of family violence and are committed to increasing safety for women and children.

You will have:

  • Degree / Diploma in Social Work or related discipline
  • Experience facilitating Men's Behaviour Change Programs (MBCP)
  • Strong understanding of family violence frameworks and risk assessment
  • Case management experience and familiarity with referral pathways
Benefits

SACS Level 5 + casual loading + after hours penalties rate + salary packaging benefits

Evening work required to deliver MBCP groups

Must hold (or be willing to obtain): National Police Check, WWCC, and Right to Work in Australia
