This pivotal position ensures seamless operational and supply chain performance by identifying and addressing resource and capability gaps across programs.
- Precise collaboration with planning teams to pinpoint short-, medium-, and long-term resource and capability needs.
- Strategic leadership of workforce capability development, aligning with organizational objectives and program delivery goals.
- Effective partnerships with Recruitment, Learning & Development, and Talent teams to address workforce shortages and support capability enhancement initiatives.
- Clear direction and guidance to the Operations and Supply Chain Capability team, setting measurable performance expectations.
- Supportive resource prioritization and decision-making within a constrained workforce environment.
- Continuous improvement by identifying and implementing high-quality solutions to complex workforce and operational challenges.
As an expert in supply chain operations, you will drive strategic workforce planning and capability development to meet current and future program demands. Your focus on effective collaboration and problem-solving will be key to achieving business objectives.
