General Manager Role Summary

This is a key leadership position that involves leading operational planning and development to achieve business outcomes. As a General Manager, you will be responsible for managing staff, implementing business plans, and ensuring the smooth operation of our Supported Living Options houses, day programmes, community participation, and in-home support.

Main Responsibilities:

">

- Provide direction, mentoring, and training to teams to achieve business plan outcomes, including performance management, supervision, and direct management of staff.
- Manage and assist the team with the functioning of our Supported Living Options houses, day programmes, community participation, and in-home support.
- Experience in staff leadership and performance, including assessing recruitment needs and business growth.
- A networker with existing experience in child safety, disability, and residential care.
- Ability to prioritise a workload, responding to situations as appropriate.

Qualifications & Requirements:

">

- A minimum of 3+ years' experience in a management role within the disability/child safety sector.
- Demonstrated skills and experience of leadership in the NDIS.
- Degree qualified in Human Services (desirable).
- Experience in Residential Care/Child Safety/Disability
- Blue and Yellow Card/NDIS worker screening card
- National Police Check (National Police Certificate)
- Current drivers' licence
- Eligibility and the right to work in Australia
- Demonstrated ability to lead operational planning and develop and implement business plans within budget.
