We are seeking an experienced Early Childhood Teacher to join our team at Sparrow Early Learning Centre in Upper Coomera. As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will be responsible for developing and delivering funded kindergarten programs within a long day care setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver high-quality educational programs that meet the needs of children aged 3-5 years.
  • Work in partnership with the leadership team to plan and implement programs that promote children's learning and development.
  • Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that promote the well-being and safety of children.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education) or equivalent.
  • High-level knowledge and understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
  • Current and valid Working with Children check.
  • First Aid and CPR certificates, including Asthma and Anaphylaxis training.
  • Experience working with children with a range of abilities and interests.
