A challenging role for a Registered Migration Agent seeking to accelerate their career with a growing company.

About the Job

We are looking for an experienced migration agent who is passionate about delivering exceptional results and has a proven track record of successfully submitting partner visas and employer-sponsored applications. In this pivotal role, you will spend the majority of your time managing complex visa cases and providing expert advice to clients on eligibility criteria and strategic approaches.

  • Manage a diverse caseload of visa applications, ensuring compliance with Australian immigration laws and striving for an exceptional success rate.
  • Lead initial consultations with prospective clients, advising them on complex visa pathways and eligibility criteria.
  • Review and submit visa and sponsorship applications, liaising effectively with the Department of Home Affairs on behalf of our clients.

The remaining time will be dedicated to strategic initiatives and product development, collaborating closely with the Operations Team to streamline processes and drive business growth.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Active MARA registration and 2-5 years of post-registration experience.
  • Extensive and proven success in submitting Partner Visas and Employer Sponsored applications.
  • A strong track record of successful visa applications, with a minimal refusal rate.
  • An innovative mindset, eager to embrace new ways of working.
  • Tech-literate and adaptable, comfortable using a range of digital tools.
  • A fervent commitment to client advocacy and the highest service standards.
