
Surgical Medical Nurse Roles

Deliver high-quality patient care in a dynamic and supportive environment.
As a Registered Nurse, you will have the opportunity to work across various specialty units, including cardiac, gastroenterology, trauma, neurology, and orthopaedics.
You will be responsible for delivering care in these settings, upskilling in cardiac monitoring and minor procedures, and providing care in the Medical Assessment & Coordination Unit (MACU).
Key responsibilities include managing a wide range of acute and chronic conditions in General Medicine with patient-centred care, supporting rehabilitation services with a goal-driven multidisciplinary model, and discharging patients effectively.
The ideal candidate will possess current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA, a commitment to delivering safe and compassionate care, and a willingness to work across our specialty units as required.

Eligibility criteria include being an Australian Citizen, a permanent resident of Australia, or a New Zealand citizen with a current New Zealand Passport.
