Job Role: Registered Nurse Opportunities in Surgical and Medical Settings
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver high-quality patient care in diverse settings, including cardiac, gastroenterology, trauma, neurology, and orthopaedics.
- Develop skills in cardiac monitoring and minor procedures to enhance patient outcomes.
- Provide acute assessment, stabilization, and coordinated care with multidisciplinary teams in the Medical Assessment & Coordination Unit (MACU).
- Manage a wide range of acute and chronic conditions in General Medicine, prioritizing patient-centered care.
- Support rehabilitation services with a goal-driven approach and discharge planning to ensure optimal patient recovery.
As a registered nurse, you will work across various specialty units, including Urology & Ophthalmology, Elective Orthopaedics, Neurology & Neurosurgery, General Surgery, Trauma & ENT, Cardiovascular & Vascular Surgery, Rehabilitation, and Respiratory & Immunology units as required.
Working closely with multidisciplinary teams, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care, managing complex conditions, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to achieve outstanding patient outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Registered nursing qualification with a valid registration with relevant authorities.
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge in cardiothoracic, medical, surgical, and emergency nursing practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team, adapting to changing priorities and situations.
