Job Title: Electrical Maintenance Coordinator

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the electrical components of our site buildings, services, and shift production areas.

This is a dynamic and challenging position that requires strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to ensuring smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the Electrical Team
  • Actively work towards continuously improving the performance of the production team to exceed production and quality demands
  • Manage R&M cost
  • Allocate work to team members to ensure Shift production is run to meet production and quality targets
  • Ensure breakdown or adjustments to equipment are corrected in a timely manner to minimize downtime and communicate to management
  • Resolves minor breakdowns
  • Maintains electrical PM schedule for the plant
  • Attend the daily operational meetings
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A Grade electrical License
  • Experienced in PLC programming
  • Proven track record in Health and Safety
  • Exposure to FMCG
