Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Service Host to join our team at Cabana Bar. As a key member of our service staff, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests receive an exceptional experience from the moment they enter our venue.

In this role, you will work closely with our team to maintain the high standards of our venue presentation, including setting up the floor, replenishing stock and glassware, and running food and beverages to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a clean and well-presented environment for our guests
  • Ensure efficient stock movement and replenishment
  • Provide excellent customer service through prompt and friendly delivery of food and beverages
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong ability to work effectively in a team environment. You must also be available to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
