Clinical Documentation Enhancement Expert

We are seeking a Clinical Documentation Improvement Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing the quality of clinical documentation through concurrent review and engagement with clinicians.
Key Responsibilities:- Concurrently review inpatient clinical records to identify discrepancies or omissions that impact condition identification and procedure accuracy
- Attend meetings to advise on accurate and comprehensive clinical documentation of individual cases
- Support clinical staff in responding to coding queries and apply learnings to improve clinical documentation, reducing the volume of coding queries
This is a 12-Month Full-Time Fixed-Term position. We seek a self-motivated, ambitious individual who can work effectively in a team environment and autonomously, with a proven ability to engage with clinicians and other key stakeholders.
