We are looking for a seasoned project manager with 10+ years of experience driving complex enterprise software implementations — ideally within ServiceNow HRSD or other major HR platforms. This role demands more than just stakeholder management — we want someone who leads from the front, gets into the details, and delivers results.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • End-to-end ownership of ServiceNow HRSD (or similar HR tech) implementations.
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, budgets, resource allocations, and delivery schedules.
  • Identify and resolve issues proactively.
  • Coordinate across cross-functional teams, including technical architects, developers, QA testers, and business stakeholders.
  • Track deliverables, manage dependencies, run stand-ups, oversee UAT, and lead cutover activities.
  • Communicate effectively at all levels.
