About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Grocery Team as a Team Member. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers have an exceptional shopping experience.

As a Team Member, you will be responsible for maintaining a high level of customer service, ensuring the store is well-stocked and visually appealing, and working collaboratively with your colleagues to achieve sales targets.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service, has a strong work ethic, and is able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, ensuring you are aware of all products and services offered by Woolworths
  • Ensure the store is well-stocked and visually appealing, maintaining a high level of store presentation
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and meet customer needs
  • Perform other duties as required, including opening and closing the store, and participating in stocktakes and inventory management
