Executive Team Lead

The position of Executive Team Lead is a critical role within our organization. This senior-level position requires an experienced professional to oversee the performance of a team and ensure exceptional guest experiences.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To provide strategic guidance and direction to the team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and exceptional service standards.
  • To manage and mentor a team of up to 60 employees, fostering a culture of excellence and promoting career development opportunities.
  • To collaborate closely with stakeholders, including Senior Managers and other key partners.
  • To maintain a safe and welcoming environment for guests and team members.
  • To drive continuous improvement and efficiency across all operational tasks.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a leadership or management role, preferably in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on team engagement and collaboration.
  • Ability to work a rotating roster, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Australian working rights and Federal Police Clearance.

  • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving business growth.
  • Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to complex problems.
  • Experience in premium or luxury service environments, with a strong understanding of customer expectations.
