
Executive Sales Lead

The role of a strategic account executive is critical in driving business growth and expansion in the Defence sector.
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to lead our sales program, targeting key agencies such as AFP, DFAT, and Austrade.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Defence vertical, a strong network of contacts, and a passion for delivering exceptional results while upholding the highest standards of integrity.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth in the Defence sector.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within targeted agencies.
- Conduct regular business reviews to ensure alignment with sales targets and customer needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless sales experiences and achieve mutual goals.
- 7+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the Defence or National Security sectors.
- National Security Clearance required.
- Proven track record of success in selling complex solutions to Defence and Government agencies.
- Bachelor's Degree required.
