Operations Leadership Role

The Operations Director, South Australia is a pivotal position that provides strategic and operational guidance across all aspects of services within the state. This role is accountable for day-to-day operations, workforce, and supporting infrastructure that enable the delivery of aeromedical, charter, and ambulance services across operational locations in South Australia.

This role will lead, develop, and inspire high-performing operations teams to achieve organisational goals. The successful candidate will collaborate with operational leaders to optimise resource utilisation and deliver safe, efficient, and sustainable services. They will champion excellence in service delivery through strong leadership, innovative practices, and robust operational planning.

Key responsibilities include:
