Key Responsibilities

The Arborist Landscaper will be responsible for performing tree pruning, trimming, and removal, as well as planting and maintaining trees, shrubs, and other plants. They will also operate machinery such as chippers and chainsaws, conduct risk assessments, and ensure safe work practices. Additionally, they will design and implement landscape plans, perform routine maintenance on landscapes and equipment, and collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently.

  • Performing Tree Pruning, Trimming, and Removal
  • Planting and Maintaining Trees, Shrubs, and Other Plants
  • Operating Machinery such as Chippers and Chainsaws
  • Conducting Risk Assessments and Ensuring Safe Work Practices
  • Designing and Implementing Landscape Plans

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a qualification in Arboriculture or Horticulture, proven experience in landscaping and arborist work, and the ability to safely operate machinery and tools. They will also have a strong commitment to workplace health and safety, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
