About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join our team as a Care & Support Professional, providing direct customer support and exceptional experiences on a part-time basis. You will work in a collaborative environment, committed to providing wellbeing at its core.

This role involves delivering person-centered support to help customers achieve their goals and improve their wellbeing. You will collaborate with support networks and the broader community to enhance customer independence in areas such as living skills, community engagement, financial and health service access, social activities, personal care, employment, education, and training.

Your Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centered support to help customers achieve their goals and improve their wellbeing.
  • Collaborate with support networks and the broader community to enhance customer independence in various areas.
  • Report to the Program Experience Lead and work collaboratively with the wider team.
  • Support and supervise employees at a lower level as needed, and communicate effectively with other teams.
Key Skills & Qualifications
  • Relevant qualifications (Cert 3 or 4 in Disability Support or equivalent experience).
  • Technical literacy in Microsoft Office and reporting systems.
  • Supervisory skills and basic HR management knowledge.
  • Physical ability to support customers, including lifting up to 10 kg.
  • Valid NSW Driver's C class license.
  • Willingness to obtain necessary checks (Police Check, NSW WWCC, NDIS WC).
