As a senior engineering executive, you will oversee the technical aspects of our terminals in ANZ. Your objective is to drive innovation, safety, and long-term value across our operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a comprehensive asset management plan for all terminals, covering a 10-year lifecycle.
  • Direct technical knowledge-sharing initiatives, including site assessments, training, workshops, and learning programs.
  • Provide assurance and consulting support to improve engineering operations.
  • Lead equipment procurement, negotiations, vendor management, and contract execution.
  • Establish regional engineering strategies, policies, procedures, and guidelines to enhance operational performance.
  • Promote innovation and integrated technologies across all business sites.
  • Support continuous improvement efforts by evaluating engineering operations through a systematic approach.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Tertiary qualification in Engineering or related field.
  • Certifications in asset management, project management, or procurement strategy are highly regarded.
  • Minimum 15 years' experience in engineering, with exposure to complex systems.
  • At least 10 years in senior management or leadership roles, with a strong record of leading cross-functional teams.
  • Strong strategic thinking capabilities, anticipating industry trends and forecasting long-term needs.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing competitive strategies that drive operational performance and innovation.
  • Future-oriented mindset with a broad industry perspective and ability to communicate visionary goals effectively.
  • Proven experience in managing major projects, including engineering systems implementation and upgrades.
