About the Role

We are seeking an AI Product Trainer to join our AEM Customer Training Team.

The ideal candidate will work closely with sales teams to develop and implement strategies for driving product adoption and maximizing usage.

Responsibilities include:

  • Onboarding and training customers on software, including creating customized training programs to meet specific client needs.
  • Scheduling regular client meetings to ensure customer training needs are being met.
  • Providing support to customers by responding to research queries.
  • Collaborating with internal departments to provide customer feedback.
  • Developing long-term strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase retention rates.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A law degree and relevant work experience.
  • Experience working in legal technology is a plus.
  • Proven ability to train and interact with customers.
  • A willingness to learn about new technology and software.
  • A positive attitude, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for helping customers.
