Senior DevOps Engineer

Description

We are seeking a seasoned DevOps professional with over 10 years of hands-on experience in software development, cloud infrastructure, automation, and modern deployment practices. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing and implementing scalable cloud environments, streamlining CI/CD workflows, and collaborating with development teams to design infrastructure that supports reliable, scalable, and efficient application delivery.

The role involves designing and maintaining hybrid cloud environments, integrating legacy systems with AWS using custom-built orchestration layers. You will build and manage containerized applications using Docker, and orchestrate deployments with Kubernetes, including Amazon EKS and OpenShift.

Key responsibilities include managing CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, configuring and managing Jenkins pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment processes. You will also embed security controls and checks into CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation workflows.

A strong understanding of Kubernetes architecture is required, including cluster setup, networking, RBAC, Helm charts, and scaling strategies. Experience with Terraform and Ansible is also essential for defining and managing infrastructure as code.

You will work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into scalable software and infrastructure solutions. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams are essential.
