Key Responsibilities

As a Service Delivery Controller at Pacific National, you will be responsible for executing schedules and monitoring services to meet safety and operational requirements. You will also be responsible for minimising the impact of disruptions to the service delivery plan, communicating with stakeholders about important information, and holding network providers accountable for the operational plan.

Lifestyle Roster

This position will work on our Lifestyle Roster, which involves working a pattern of days and nights with a block of days off at the end of each swing. Shifts are 12 hours including handover, and you will benefit from additional shift allowances.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will be a recognised team player with the ability to operate in a fast-paced shift work environment. You will also need to be able to do shift work, as Pacific National operates 24/7. Previous logistics experience is preferred, and you will need to be able to work as an effective member of a team and build relationships for results.
