About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Animator to join our team and contribute to the creation of world-class gaming experiences. As a Senior Animator, you will have the opportunity to work on high-profile projects, collaborating with talented artists and developers to craft immersive animations that bring games to life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize your expertise in Motion Capture editing and Key Framing to develop engaging game motions, ensuring seamless integration with gameplay mechanics and cinematics.
  • Apply your knowledge of camera animation, cinematic framing, shot continuity, and facial animation to deliver polished results.
  • Work collaboratively with production to address performance concerns, assess scope, and mitigate project risks.
  • Drive workflow improvements to increase team efficiency and creativity, leveraging your technical expertise to enhance productivity.
Requirements
  • Proven professional animation experience, with a strong background in game animation.
  • Excellent understanding of Cinematic and Motion Capture Editing, as well as cleanup techniques.
  • Strong foundation in animation fundamentals, with a focus on human movement and character development.
  • Ability to adapt to new tools and technologies, with expertise in Maya.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and clear communication abilities, both technically and across departments.
  • Capacity to mentor junior animators and lead by example, fostering a collaborative environment.
