About our Team Member Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced retail professional to join our team at Westfield Bondi Junction and/or Sydney CBD.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Store Manager in achieving all business objectives and targets relevant to counter retail
  • Motivate and drive your team to achieve performance targets
  • Proactively manage poor performance, addressing attendance or conduct issues in line with business expectations
  • Assist in executing visual displays, merchandising, inventory stocktake, ringing sales, identifying potential loss prevention issues, following safety and emergency procedures

Requirements:

  • Makeup Artist qualification or equivalent experience
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and organisation skills
  • Experience in managing a retail team
  • Strong teamwork skills, ability to collaborate and inspire others
  • Multitasking and relationship building abilities
