Leading Hand Scaffolder

Thomas Scaffolding is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Leading Hand Scaffolder to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising and leading the erection and dismantling of scaffolding in accordance with project specifications and Australian standards.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and motivate team members on site to ensure efficient and safe scaffolding operations.
- Interpret and communicate drawings and scaffolding plans to ensure accurate and timely completion of projects.
- Meet both quality and safety standards in erecting and dismantling scaffolding, ensuring compliance with Australian standards and regulations.
- Liaise with site managers and foremen to coordinate scaffolding operations and ensure seamless project delivery.
- Advanced Scaffolding Ticket (SA)
- Construction Induction Card
- Drivers licence
- Working at Heights Certificate
- Forklift License
- Confined Space
- MR License
