Medical Records Department Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medical Records Department Lead to join our team at Port Macquarie Private Hospital.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the Medical Records Administrative Department, reporting to the Clinical Coding Manager / Educator.
This is a hands-on role that requires strong administrative process skills, excellent communication and leadership abilities, and a high level of experience with medical records administration processes and procedures.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing teams, excellent customer service skills, and a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
As a Medical Records Department Lead, you will be responsible for staff rostering and leave management, working with the Clinical Coding Team, and ensuring the smooth operation of the Medical Records Department.
