As a security professional, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the safety and security of our clients' properties. We are seeking skilled individuals to work as Relief Security Officers at various locations across Melbourne.
Job SummaryRelief Security Officers are responsible for monitoring and authorizing the entrance and departure of personnel and visitors. They also patrol premises to prevent intrusion and secure doors, windows, and gates.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be physically fit, and possess the ability to handle crises calmly. They should also have knowledge of security protocols and observational skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitoring and controlling access to secured areas
- Patrolling buildings and grounds to detect potential security threats
- Responding to alarms and investigating disturbances
- Providing assistance to residents and visitors
- Ensuring compliance with security regulations and procedures
- Australian citizenship or permanent residency
- Valid Security Licence, First Aid, and CPR certifications
- Certificate II in Security Operations or higher
- Ability to obtain a Working with Children check
