Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a visible presence to promote a calm hospital environment.
  • Respond to incidents using situational awareness and professional judgment.
  • De-escalate challenging situations with a respectful and people-focused approach.
  • Conduct regular patrols and follow established safety protocols.
Requirements:
  • Experience in security, emergency response, defence, or law enforcement.
  • Confident, resilient, and able to communicate clearly under pressure.
  • Relevant security qualifications and a valid Private Security Individual Licence.
  • National Police Check.
  • Working with Children Check.
  • First Aid Certificate (HLTAID011).
