Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver personalized care and support to frail aged people, assisting with daily living activities and promoting independence.
  • Monitor clients' health and wellbeing, reporting any changes or concerns to our team.
  • Work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with colleagues to achieve excellent client outcomes.
  • Provide personal care, including the use of mobility aids, and ensure clients' safety and comfort at all times.
Requirements
  • Certificate III in Individual Support Aged Care or willingness to obtain.
  • Current First Aid Certificate.
  • Proof of double COVID-19 vaccinations.
  • Previous experience working with frail aged people, people with dementia, and complex needs.
  • Experience in monitoring clients and reporting behavioural or health changes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently.
  • Understanding of WH&S issues and risk management for client home-based care and during transport of clients.
