Early Childhood Educator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified and passionate Early Childhood Teacher to join us. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a nurturing, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment that fosters the growth and development of young children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create an engaging and interactive learning environment that caters to the individual needs and abilities of each child;
  • Develop and implement lesson plans that align with National Quality Standards and the Reggio Emilia approach;
  • Establish positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues;
  • Maintain accurate records of children's progress and development;
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching practices and stay up-to-date with industry developments;

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualification in Early Childhood or equivalent degree (ACECQA recognised University Degree);
  • NESA accredited Provisional or Proficient Teacher;
  • Valid NSW Working with Children Check (WWCC);
  • Covid 19 Vaccination (double vaccinated) or approved Medical Exemption;
  • First aid certification (HLTAID012) or willingness to obtain;
  • Identify and respond to children and young people at risk (CHCPRT001) or willingness to obtain;
