**About the Role**:

**Key Responsibilities Include:**

  • Familiarity with working in a fast-paced and dynamic retail environment;
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support at all times;
  • Assisting frontline staff with sales when in store;
  • Participating in door-to-door and on-road sales activities;

**Requirements for Success:**

  • A minimum of 1 year phone repair experience;
  • Flexibility to work at least one day on the weekend;
  • Experience working to and exceeding budgets and KPIs;
  • A hard-working and motivated attitude to achieve goals and commissions;
  • A passion for an excellent customer experience;
