We are seeking qualified speech pathologists to join our dynamic team in 2026.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for graduates to build their skills and confidence in key areas of speech pathology, including fluency, literacy, social communication, communication technology, swallowing, and feeding.

  • Conducting comprehensive assessments on clients across the lifespan
  • Developing and delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions
  • Working with clients in various settings, including clinics, homes, schools, workplaces, and residential facilities

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong commitment to providing high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities

Assessment and Intervention:

  • To conduct thorough assessments of clients' communication and swallowing abilities
  • To develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to clients' needs
  • To work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination

Client Care:

  • To provide empathetic and person-centered care to clients and their families
  • To maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and progress

Professional Development:

  • To participate in regular supervision and professional development opportunities
  • To engage in ongoing learning and skill-building activities to stay up-to-date with best practices in speech pathology
