  • You will support and lead value stream mapping initiatives to identify areas for improvement
  • Analyse process waste and performance data to inform improvement strategies
  • Gain hands-on experience by shadowing experienced Project Managers in Agile and non-Agile projects
  • Prepare agendas, dashboards, and reports for stakeholder meetings and governance sessions
  • Assist in analysing processes and recommending improvements for change initiatives
  • Support writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and business cases for new projects
