Job Title: Financial Transaction Specialist

The Accounts Payable function is a crucial aspect of our organization's financial management. We are seeking an experienced Financial Transaction Specialist to oversee the review and verification of invoices, processing payments, and account reconciliations.

This role requires a high level of attention to detail and proficiency in accounting principles. The successful candidate will work closely with various departments to ensure timely and accurate payment of vendor invoices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and process invoices, payments, and expense reports in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Reconcile account transactions and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Monitor and maintain files, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Respond to inquiries regarding finance and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Process employee expense reports and reimbursement, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate payment of vendor invoices.
  • Perform other related office administration duties.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Associate's degree in accounting or related field (preferred).
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Experience in Dynamics 365 and proficiency in MS Office products.
