The ideal candidate will have the vision and creativity to bring events to life. Primary responsibilities include building relationships between onsite teams and venue management.

  • Ensure the efficient and safe execution of event staging services within venues
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with venues and clients for successful client relations and smooth event execution
  • Educate clients and venue staff on audio-visual equipment, digital options, and necessary crew to meet presentation needs
  • Maintain and disseminate crew rosters and schedules
  • Identify opportunities to increase revenue in applicable venues
  • Seek operational improvements
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to develop individual and team capability

Prior experience in the events/sales environment is essential, along with relevant experience in AV, planning, organisational, time management & account management skills, strong sales and business acumen, and ability to foster meaningful business relationships.
